Privacy policy.

1. Data you choose to provide

Artist profiles can include your artist name, biography, genres, social links, profile photo and branding images. When you upload music or artwork, publish news, add tour dates, create catalog listings or submit a pressing request, that content and related metadata are sent to our cloud services.

Fan profiles can include a display name, handle, biography, avatar and accent color. Community messages, reactions and moderation reports are stored to provide the community. Profile and artist content are visible where published; community messages and reactions are visible to people who can access that community. Do not post private information in public content.

2. Account and device information

Sign in with Apple provides an account identifier and, when supplied by Apple, an email address; you may use Apple’s private relay address. Supabase provides cloud authentication, database and file storage. Authentication credentials are held in the iOS Keychain. The app also stores account identifiers, preferences and some profile information locally.

The app creates a device identifier used for some fan-profile, moderation and legacy profile associations. If you allow notifications, an Apple push token is stored with the artist you are following so artist news can reach your device. Service infrastructure may record operational information such as IP addresses, request timing and errors for security and troubleshooting.

3. Memberships and purchases

Apple processes in-app membership purchases. RevenueCat is used to check membership status, trial eligibility and access levels, using purchase records and an app-user identifier. The app does not receive your App Store password or full payment-card number.

For physical-item, ticket or campaign checkout where available, an Apple Pay payment token is sent to our backend and processed using Stripe. Order records can contain your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, item details, quantity, payment status and transaction identifiers. Artists and platform operators can access order details needed for fulfillment or support. Pressing requests can include contact details and manufacturing specifications. Payment implementation does not mean that automatic fulfillment or artist payouts are connected.

4. Optional media and AI tools

The app can request access to selected photos or files for uploads, camera access to scan artist QR codes, and add-only Photos access when you choose to save a QR poster. The website does not request these permissions. You can change app permissions in iPhone Settings.

If you choose the AI artwork tool, your submitted text prompt is sent through the backend to Google Gemini, and generated images are returned to the app. This tool depends on service availability. Do not include sensitive personal information in a prompt. It does not run only on your device.

Some music master files are kept in private cloud storage. When you choose to share a master with a manufacturing plant, a temporary download link may be provided to the recipient. Anyone holding a valid link may access that file until the link expires.

5. Local storage and connectivity

The app stores preferences, guide progress, moderation choices and some account/profile information on your device. It caches some previously loaded content. Community messages submitted offline may be queued on the device and sent when connectivity returns; queued writes are not a guarantee of delivery. Offline caching is not a promise that every feature or audio track works offline.

6. Why data is used and shared

Data is used to provide artist profiles, music delivery, community features, membership access, notifications, requested purchases, support and fraud prevention. Service providers include Supabase, Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe and, when you request AI artwork, Google Gemini. Configured transactional-email services may deliver order or fulfillment-related messages. Manufacturing recipients receive files or order information only as needed for the requested handoff or fulfillment process.

We may need to disclose information to comply with law, address abuse or protect the service. Published profile information and community contributions are not private. The current app does not connect automated Printful fulfillment or automatic artist bank payouts; future integrations may require an updated policy.

7. Your choices, retention and deletion

You can edit your profile, manage notification permission and use community report/block tools. Artists can remove supported content in Studio. Signed-in users can request account deletion from the app’s Settings. Account deletion is a backend operation and may require signing in again.

Information is kept while needed to operate the service and honor requests. Some transaction, refund, security or legal records may need to be retained after account closure, and backups may take time to expire. Removing the app does not itself delete your cloud account or automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Use the app’s available controls or contact the operator through Support once a monitored contact is confirmed. No fixed deletion or support response time is promised here.

8. This website

This marketing site contains no analytics, advertising trackers, third-party player embeds or newsletter collection form. The site host may process standard request information to deliver pages and protect the service. The promo video uses your browser’s built-in player and is hosted in Supabase Storage. The video is requested only after you choose to watch; Supabase and its delivery provider then receive normal request information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the video. Clicking an App Store or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

9. Security and updates

Cloud permissions and authenticated access are used for protected data, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sharing confidential information in messages, profiles or prompts. We may update this policy as app functionality or providers change; the date above identifies this version.
